During public events “hofmade” products are sold. The proceeds are entirely used for the upkeep of The Hof and Garden of the Hesperides.
During harvest time a voluntary preserving team is busy to peal, chop, cook and preserve all fruit and walnuts in a most original way. The result are delicious chutneys, jams with earl grey tea flavour, walnuts preserved in honey or pickled in spices, the delicious orange marmalade and much more delicacies.
As from 2013 the yield of The Hof’s own bee hives can be added. Two bee colonies joined the “Hof residents” in 2012.
Another well loved attraction during public events is the Brocante and Collectables stall of one of the residents.
